Flagship Refund Policy

Effective date: August 19, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Flagship Manager offered by Mutiny FX, LLC, doing business as Mutiny FX.

1. Paddle processes purchases and refunds

Flagship purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and authorized reseller.

Paddle handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, payment-related support, and approved refunds. Mutiny FX does not issue direct refunds to a buyer's payment card.

Refund requests are subject to this policy, the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

2. Requesting a refund

To request a refund:

  • Use the support or receipt link in the purchase-confirmation email from Paddle; or

  • Visit Paddle Buyer Support and select the refund option.

You may also contact Mutiny FX at it@mutinyfx.com for product or license-delivery assistance.

Please provide the email address used for purchase and enough transaction information for Paddle to locate the order. Do not send complete payment-card details to Mutiny FX.

3. Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed individually by Paddle and, where appropriate, Mutiny FX.

Circumstances that may support a refund include:

  • The license was not delivered and could not be recovered.

  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.

  • A verified technical defect prevents Flagship from operating substantially as described and Mutiny FX cannot provide a reasonable correction or workaround.

  • The transaction was unauthorized.

  • A refund or withdrawal right is required by applicable law.

Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, please contact it@mutinyfx.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

A refund may be declined where permitted by law, including where:

  • The request is based on functionality not advertised or promised.

  • The software is incompatible because required third-party software, plugins, permissions, network access, or system requirements were not provided.

  • There is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, license sharing, or manipulation.

  • The request falls outside the period allowed by Paddle's policy or applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Effect of a refund

When a refund, payment reversal, or chargeback is approved:

  • The associated Flagship Manager license may be suspended or revoked.

  • The license must no longer be used.

  • You must uninstall or stop using copies covered by the refunded license.

  • License validation may report that the license is no longer active.

Free Flagship components remain subject to their applicable terms, but they do not provide an independent right to use an unlicensed Flagship Manager.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are normally returned through Paddle to the original payment method where possible.

Processing times depend on Paddle, the payment method, banking institutions, and applicable law. Mutiny FX cannot guarantee when a refund will appear in a buyer's account.

6. Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge or have a problem with a purchase, please contact Paddle or Mutiny FX before initiating a chargeback. This often allows delivery, activation, duplicate-payment, or refund issues to be resolved more quickly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in license suspension or termination.

7. Policy changes

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in Flagship, Paddle's requirements, or applicable law. The policy effective when the transaction occurred will apply where required.
